Valley Xtreme Athletics offers a comprehensive tumbling program designed to build confidence and technical precision in athletes of all skill levels. Our curriculum starts with foundational classes where beginners learn essential body control through cartwheels, handstands, and forward rolls. As athletes progress, they move into advanced levels focusing on mastering specialized skills like front and back walkovers, round-offs, and power transitions. Recreational Class Options

Beginner Tumbling

The perfect entry point for athletes with little to no experience. This class focuses on building a rock-solid foundation, teaching essential skills like cartwheels, handstands, and forward rolls in a safe, high-energy environment.

Level 1 Tumbling

For athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for more. This class focuses on mastering front and back walkovers, valdez, and round-offs through specialized drills and expert coaching.

Level 2 Tumbling

Elevate your technique in our Level 2 class. Specifically for athletes who have perfected their walkovers and round-offs, this session transitions into high-impact skills. Students will work toward mastering back handsprings and connecting multiple movements into powerful, fluid passes.

Level 3 & 4 Tumbling

Transition from handsprings to tucks. This advanced class builds on Level 2 mastery, guiding athletes through the mechanics of back tucks and advanced connecting passes. Perfect for those looking to add height and difficulty to their tumbling repertoire.

Level 5 Tumbling

Master the air! Specifically for athletes with a rock-solid back tuck and layout foundation, this class introduces the mechanics of twisting. From the first half-turn to fulls and double fulls, our coaches provide the spotting and drills necessary to help athletes add elite-level difficulty to their repertoire.

Stretch & Jumps

Focus on the fundamentals of flight and form. This class is dedicated to improving athlete flexibility and jump execution through specialized drills, strength training, and technique coaching. Ideal for all levels looking to improve their overall athleticism and performance scores

Stunting

Take your skills to the air! This class focuses on the fundamentals of group stunting, including balance, explosive power, and safe cradling technique. Perfect for athletes looking to sharpen their stunting ability and learn new, high-level transitions in a controlled, professional environment.

All Inclusive Impact Movement

Our All Inclusive Impact Movement class is a specially designed program uniquely geared toward athletes with special needs. We focus on creating a supportive and adaptive environment where every individual can experience the joy of movement, build physical confidence, and develop essential motor skills at their own pace.
